Mike Zelski, the technical food development group director, educated at Michigan State University, has over 35 years of product development and production expertise. Mike is leveraging his experience after working as a Research and Development, Production Manager for prestigious companies, such as the L. J. Minor Corporation, Unilever and Custom Culinary, Inc.
